I'm Emma, a Senior Product Designer with a background in consumer fintech. Lately, I've been focused on growing subscriptions and making payments feel simple. I've also been using Claude Code and the Figma MCP to evolve our design system and make handoff smoother. Off the clock, you'll find me learning 3D illustration in Blender, traveling, or out on a run.

Product Designer II - Subscriptions
January 2025 - Present
Redesigned Credit Builder's sign-up and payment flows, raising conversion 84% and cut sign-up from 11 screens to 3; designed the UX for Borrowell's Stripe payments setup; and brought AI tools into research and design-system work.

July 2022- December 2024
Led redesign of the financial marketplace, based on user research, that made products easier to compare and tripled click-through rate.

Designed from scratch for a peer-to-peer prediction market platform, setting up its core interactions, mobile-first flows and visual system, and you tested early concepts through user research and quick iteration.
